Who we are
BookedWalkthroughs (bookedwalkthroughs.com) provides done-for-you email outreach that books on-site walkthroughs for commercial cleaning companies. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts, analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, it relies on a few services that process basic technical data:
- Hosting. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
When you use the Get started form, email us or book a call
The Get started form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), service area and number of crews. We use those details, and anything else you share by email or on a call, to reply to you, set up and hold calls, and follow up with you about our service.
[PLACEHOLDER: once the form is connected to a form service, name it here (for example Formspree) and link to its privacy policy. Until then, sending the form opens your own email app with your answers filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send.]
Booking a call may take place through a third-party scheduling tool, which has its own privacy policy.
Business contact data used in outreach
[PLACEHOLDER: describe where prospect contact data comes from, how it is used and stored, how long it is kept and how someone can opt out or ask for their data to be deleted.]
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of future emails at any time by contacting us at the address above. Every outreach email also includes a way to opt out.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
